Group coaching: You recruit, I show up!
What I love about corporate training and coaching is that I just show up and teach.
Small group coaching is my JAM.
But gathering people together for public group programs is not fun for me. So I no longer do it.
However...
If you bring the group, I'll provide the coaching!

Group coaching includes speaking practice, and is typically spread out over six to seven weeks.
Max group size is 12. All group programs are delivered remotely unless you're local to the Santa Barbara or Ventura area.
Below are highlight reels from Fast Pitch Santa Barbara, an event where local nonprofit leaders pitched their organizations for visibility and cash prizes! This was one of my favorite group coaching and training projects and one of the few where you can actually watch the speakers I've coached.
This was also the program that kicked off my love of micro-presentations and my mission of teaching people to say more in less time!
